For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the hut4d website accessible at hut4d.cam and any related mobile-optimised interfaces or applications operated by hut4d.
• "Player Account" or "Account" means the individual account created by a registered user on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player Account, including real-money deposits and any credited bonus amounts.
• "Real Money Balance" means the portion of a Player's Balance consisting of deposited funds and withdrawal-eligible winnings, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet awards, or cashback amounts credited to a Player Account, subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process conducted by hut4d to confirm a Player's eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Approved Payment Method" means any deposit or withdrawal channel listed as active on the hut4d payments page at the time of transaction.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted by applicable law or hut4d's licensing conditions.

To be eligible to register a Player Account and use the hut4d Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
2. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes, and in full understanding of the financial risk involved in gambling.
3. You are not a current or former employee, director, contractor, agent, or affiliate of hut4d or any of its related entities.
4. You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by hut4d or any third-party responsible gaming scheme to which hut4d subscribes.
5. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or proxy for any third party.
6. You have not previously had a Player Account on hut4d that was suspended, closed for cause, or permanently excluded.
7. You have the legal capacity under the laws applicable to your personal circumstances to enter into binding contracts and to engage in gambling activity.

hut4d reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the timeframe specified by hut4d may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Player Account on hut4d. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name (as it appears on your national identity document);
• A valid, active email address that you own and control;
• Your date of birth;
• Your Indonesian mobile phone number;
• A username and strong password of your choosing.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. hut4d will never request your password by email, phone, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified hut4d of a compromise in writing before such activity occurs.

hut4d reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where registration information is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

All withdrawals and, in certain cases, high-value deposits, require the successful completion of hut4d's KYC verification process. KYC is conducted in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) standards.

To complete KYC, you must submit clear, legible copies of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo ID — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport;
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the last three (3) months, showing your full name and residential address;
• Proof of payment method — a screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bank account, e-wallet, or card used to deposit.

hut4d aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Complex cases may take longer. Until KYC is approved, withdrawal requests will be held in a pending state. hut4d is not liable for any financial impact arising from delays caused by incomplete or unclear document submissions.

hut4d accepts deposits exclusively through the Approved Payment Methods listed on the Platform. Currently accepted methods include, but are not limited to: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).

The minimum deposit is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though enhanced due diligence may apply to high-value transactions as part of our AML compliance obligations.

Deposits made via bank transfer or e-wallet are typically credited to your Player Account within 60 seconds of confirmed receipt. hut4d is not liable for delays caused by the sending bank or e-wallet provider's own processing times.

hut4d will only accept deposits made in the name of the registered Account holder. Third-party deposits — funds transferred from an account belonging to a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and will be returned where possible. Any winnings generated from third-party deposits may be forfeited.

hut4d does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which hut4d accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals may only be requested by Players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically feasible, to minimise money-laundering risk.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Local bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, etc.): 1–3 business hours during WIB operating hours (09:00–21:00 WIB Monday–Sunday);
• E-wallet (DANA, OVO, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja): approximately 30 minutes.

Withdrawal requests submitted outside WIB operating hours will be queued for processing on the next available processing window. hut4d does not guarantee same-day processing for requests submitted after 21:00 WIB.

hut4d reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending additional identity verification, AML checks, or investigation into suspected fraud or rule violations. Where a withdrawal is delayed for these reasons, hut4d will notify the Player via their registered email address within 24 hours of the delay occurring.

From time to time, hut4d offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives (collectively, "Promotions") to Players. Each Promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be displayed at the point of offer and on the relevant promotion page. In the event of conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a Promotion, the specific terms prevail.

General conditions applicable to all Promotions unless stated otherwise:

1. Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. Eligibility criteria may include minimum deposit amounts, registration date requirements, or geographic restrictions.
2. Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance and cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied.
3. Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period of the Promotion. Unused bonus funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
4. hut4d reserves the right to exclude certain game types or betting markets from contributing to Wagering Requirement fulfilment, as specified in each Promotion's terms.
5. Players suspected of exploiting bonus structures — including through arbitrage betting, matched betting, or coordinated multi-account activity — may have their Bonus Funds and associated winnings voided and their accounts suspended.
6. hut4d may modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a Player has already opted in and begun wagering toward an active Wagering Requirement.

All bets placed on the hut4d sportsbook and all game rounds initiated in the casino, togel (numbers lottery), and slots sections are binding once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of their selections — including stake amount, market selection, odds, and match details — before confirming any wager.

In the event of a manifest technical error that results in incorrect odds, incorrect game outcomes, or system malfunction, hut4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Player Accounts. hut4d's decision in such matters is final.

For sports betting, the following additional rules apply:

• Match results are determined by the official result declared at the end of normal time (90 minutes plus injury time for football), unless otherwise stated in the market description.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win. A voided leg (e.g., postponed match) will be removed from the accumulator and odds recalculated accordingly.
• Asian Handicap (voor bola) markets are settled in accordance with hut4d's published Handicap Rules, available in the sportsbook help section.
• Live / in-play bets are accepted at hut4d's discretion and may be suspended at any time during an event. Decisions to suspend a market are not grounds for bet cancellation.

For live casino and slot games, all outcomes are generated by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and spinning in accredited Evolution Gaming or Pragmatic Play studios. RTP figures for all slot titles are published transparently on the game information pages within the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hut4d Platform:

• Creating more than one Player Account, whether under the same or different identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an undue advantage;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform;
• Coordinating with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus structures;
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or similar tool to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Platform's software, security mechanisms, or source code;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward hut4d staff or other users.

hut4d is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its entire player base. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity — not a financial strategy or a response to personal problems. hut4d provides the following self-management tools to all Players, accessible at any time from the Account Settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum you are willing to lose in a specified period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts when a pre-set playing duration is reached.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing session duration and net result.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily suspend your Account for 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hut4d's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any Promotion shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

hut4d is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform;
• Platform downtime, latency, or unavailability caused by factors beyond hut4d's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, force majeure events, or third-party payment processor outages;
• Errors or delays in the transmission of data by your internet service provider, mobile carrier, or device;
• Decisions made by you in reliance on Platform content that turns out to be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated;
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your Account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All content on the hut4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and their compilation — is the property of hut4d or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of hut4d.

hut4d collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

hut4d implements SSL encryption, restricted access controls, and regular security audits to protect your personal data. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data retention periods and your rights as a data subject — including your right to access, correction, and deletion of personal data — are set out in the Privacy Policy.

hut4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account and/or by a prominent notice displayed on the Platform for a minimum of 14 days prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request a withdrawal of your Real Money Balance prior to Account closure.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of hut4d's international licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies within that jurisdiction.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first contact hut4d's customer support team at [email protected] and allow a minimum period of thirty (30) calendar days for hut4d to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. This obligation does not restrict either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief where necessary.

hut4d's decisions on all matters related to bet settlement, bonus awards, account standing, and rule interpretation are final unless a clear factual error is identified through the formal dispute process described above.
